I am an entrepreneur, consultant and community-focused leader with more than 20 years of experience building and supporting small businesses, nonprofits and creative ventures.

My work centers on helping business owners and nonprofit leaders navigate growth, transition and sustainability without losing sight of what matters most. Over the years, I have built and operated multiple businesses, led teams across creative and digital industries and supported organizations through strategy, marketing and operational growth.

Today, I serve as a Small Business and Entrepreneur Development Consultant with Jennifer Ericson Consulting, where I support business owners through strategy, leadership development and real-world problem solving. I also have been a professional photographer for nearly 20 years. My photography revolves around personal growth. With all my years of experience, my work has deepened my passion for mission-driven leadership and building systems that serve both people and purpose. 



My Role at Jennifer Ericson Consulting

At Jennifer Ericson Consulting, I oversee the operational and client experience side of the practice while also working directly with small business owners in a coaching and advisory capacity.

I am often the first point of contact for new clients and play a key role in ensuring engagements are structured, intentional and aligned from the very beginning.

My responsibilities include:

  • Managing client intake and initial discovery conversations
  • Coordinating scheduling, systems, workflows and day-to-day operations
  • Supporting business owners through coaching and advisory conversations focused on clarity, structure and decision making
  • Identifying operational gaps, people challenges and opportunities to improve systems and processes
  • Partnering with entrepreneurs to think through scaling, delegation and sustainable growth
  • Collaborating closely with the founder, Jennifer, to align operations with leadership development, culture strategy and client outcomes
  • Supporting content development, workshops, presentations and strategic initiatives
  • Ensuring a professional, human-centered client experience from first contact through delivery

My role bridges strategy and execution, helping leaders move from ideas and challenges to clear next steps.

Background and Experience

Alongside my consulting work, I have been a professional photographer since 2007, using photography as a creative tool to help individuals reflect, grow and see themselves in new ways as they move through different seasons of life.

Earlier in my career, I led digital project management teams supporting more than 100 clients nationwide, helping organizations strengthen fundraising, marketing and operational workflows. Across every role I have held, a consistent theme has been leadership, mentorship and a belief that sustainable growth starts with strong foundations and clear values.

As a husband and father, I understand the balance between ambition and presence, and I bring that perspective into every conversation with the leaders I support.
