Leadership doesn’t have to be lonely.
Culture doesn’t have to be complicated.
I help organizations find clarity, connection, and people-centered strategy that works for real humans, not just policies or process.
Who I Am
I’ve led HR departments, coached executives, built programs from the ground up, taught leadership development and people strategy at the college level, and supported leaders navigating growth, transition, and change.
Today, I bring all of that experience into every client engagement. My work is customized, strategic, and grounded in people, not paperwork.
I partner with leaders who want to build healthy workplaces without sacrificing accountability, performance, or clarity.

My Approach
Every organization is different, and so is every solution.
I don’t offer off-the-shelf programs or prepackaged workshops. I listen first. Then I create thoughtful, tailored strategies that fit your people, culture, and goals.
I care deeply about helping leaders lead well, helping teams thrive, and making workplaces more human, without losing sight of structure, expectations, or results.
This is people strategy with a pulse.

A Personal Note
While I lead the business and client work, I’m never doing it entirely alone.
My husband, Bobby Ericson, is the creative mind behind this website and supports much of what happens behind the scenes. From technology and layout to visual storytelling, he plays a key role in shaping how this work shows up in the world.
We’ve built a life rooted in grit, heart, and shared purpose, and that spirit carries through everything I do.
